Our Beliefs
We believe that it is imperative that ALL Christian groups work together for the greater good, ie: to bring those to the Word of God that have not yet found it.
To this end we wholly advocate working with other ministries in order to help achieve the above.
Each ministry will potentially have it's own set of beliefs as it were, but in reality these beliefs are in fact what God has called them to believe and to put into practice for themselves. (If they are folllowing the guidance of the Holy Ghost, which is God's gift to all his true followers.)
Each ministry should therefore be there to guide people in the general aspects of the Christian faith, but once this is achieved it is up to the believer themselves to seek guidance from the Holy Ghost with regard to what specifics of belief God wishes them to follow. God gives each one of us a seperate calling (mission) to fulfil.
Whenever there are two ministries at the same "table", as it were, chances are there will be differences in their spiritual beliefs. This is due to the reason mentioned above. The common aim however should be to bring those souls that do not yet believe to our Lord.
If you are a ministry that would like our help or a believer who would like to help us then please do not hesitate to contact us.
For information, our beliefs as individuals (Leaders of this ministry) are as follows:
Amongst many other things, we believe that the Bible teaches/commands to us the following:
*We believe that Scripture, (the Bible), both the Old and the New Testament, is God's revelation, and His complete, expressed will to humanity.
*We believe that scripture (the Bible) teaches us of the reality of what is heaven and hell.
*We believe that the "so called" Apocryphal books of the Bible are an integral part of the Bible as a whole.
*We believe that the "so called" lost Gospel of Thomas is also an integral part of scripture.
*We believe that the seventh day of the week (from sunset on Friday to sunset on Saturday) is the Sabbath and is therefore a commanded day of rest from the Lord our God.
*We believe that those foods that are designated "unclean" by God in the books of the Bible, Leviticus 11 and Deuteronomy 14 are not to be eaten.
*We believe in the commanded observance of the seven annual Holy Days given to ancient Israel by God and kept by Jesus Christ, the apostles and the New Testament Church as detailed in the book of Leviticus (Chapter 23) of the Bible.
*We believe in tithing as a way of honouring God with our substance and as a means of serving Him in the preaching of the gospel, the care of the Church, honouring God's festivals and helping the REAL/TRUE needy.
*We believe that everybody can be forgiven of their sin by repenting of their past life and surrendering themselves to follow in the way, and accepting Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour, which involves them being "born again" following their baptism in water (full body immersion), as was carried out by John the Baptist in the Bible.
*We do not believe in infant baptism. We do believe in baptism for those that are of an age to truly accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour.
